DLT’s Junior Stagecraft Academy hopes to inspire a new wave of theater professionals who will lead our community with innovation, integrity, and a profound commitment to the arts. We aim to empower kids with skills, creativity, and confidence through inclusivity in a supportive environment. We offer real-world opportunities covering all production aspects to cultivate a deep, holistic understanding of theater. We seek to equip our participants with not only technical skills but also the ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and collaborate with others.
