We would love for YOU to become a Duncan Little Theatre MEMBER this year! We will be kicking off our 2024 season in February. This season will include a musical, a dinner theatre, and a variety show.
Other exciting events DLT has planned for 2024 include: Shakespeare in the Park, Children’s Theatre Experience, and Teen Theatre and Kid’s Curtain Call summer workshops. Season tickets include admission to each production in our season on the date of your choosing as well as a bonus admission to a Chisholm Trail Arts Council performance. Season tickets are $55 for seniors and $70 for adults. Purchasing a DLT Membership helps support our Children’s Theatre Experience which brings a free theatre production to over 4,000 students in Stephens County each year, as well as our Teen Theatre and Kid’s Curtain Call summer workshops that expose students to set building, acting, costuming, and props. DLT Members also receive free admission to one CTAC performance and receive free costume rental.
Your membership supports
- Senior Theatre, an inaugural fun variety show to serve our senior community. Seniors are invited to join us for a fun show including skits, scenes, dancing, singing, and more! We want to include all special talents in this fun variety show. In the weeks following our performance at Douglass we will travel to area nursing homes and assisted living centers to perform for residents. Donations will be accepted and divided equally between Douglass and DLT.
- Children’s Theatre Experience where 4,000 plus grade school children experience a live theater production.

A letter from our membership chairs
Duncan Little Theatre asks your support in helping us continue our mission of providing high
quality theatrical experiences and fostering the arts in our community.
Born in 1953 and active intermittently for 22 years, DLT was reborn in 1981 and has offered a
full season of plays since 1993. Our all-volunteer lead theatre has won numerous awards for
high quality performances and community service, and has received recognition for being one
of the longest running, continuously operating community theatre organizations in the State of
Oklahoma. The DLT Board of Directors is a working board with no salaried staff members. One
hundred percent of our Board Members contribute financially to DLT.
We believe our community includes all people, in all ways, from audition to performance to
attendance. Actors, technicians, and artists are welcome regardless of race, income, age,
gender, or ability. Disabled members are fully accommodated. We strive to be an organization
where all individuals are welcomed with open arms, given opportunities to gain and enhance
artistic skills, build self-confidence and self-esteem, and gain the encouragement and support
of the DLT family.
All this takes funding to provide avenues for artistic expression in which all participants are
challenged and stimulated. Please consider becoming a member of Duncan Little Theatre in 2023.
Attend our performances and support your friends, neighbors, and co-workers as they work hard to bring quality theatre to our community. Or volunteer and become part of the cast
or crew of one of our productions. Sponsor one of our shows and show your customers you
support your community theatre and what it brings to Southwest Oklahoma. If you are able,
please consider doing both a membership, which includes season tickets, and sponsorship of
your choice of productions.
We are grateful to those who have supported us throughout the years and to our first-time
patrons as well. Together we will continue to nurture the arts in our community.
Best Regards,
Loisdawn Jones and Leigh McEntire
